Zara black pleated mini dress. NWT size L

This is the perfect little black dresss. It is new with tags, never been used. I loved it and bought them at Zara store thinking I would alter it to fit me but has been hanging in my closet since then. Beautiful tired pleated skirt. Tin straps. Zipper on the side.
