Zara Women's Skirt Size Small

In new condition with tags. no rips, tears, stains or holes. gorgeous skirt the tags stated Size Medium but I'm a true size medium and doesn't fit me. sometimes Zara runs smaller, that's why I'm listening as small (very fitted).
