Bottom half faux leather that is slightly peeling on the very bottom, not really noticeable. See photos. Leather part is supposed to be black but in the sun looks metallic. Waist belt with 2 pins and 2 hooks and 4 parts where you clip on depending how tight you want it. Shoulder has padding in them.
