Is this coat considered water proof or water resistant? Looking for something that is really water proof.

@paigehunzicker I’m hesitant to say it’s waterproof because I don’t want to make that claim, knowing there’s a diff between waterproof and water resistant. It is definitely water resistant, and I do want to say it’s waterproof but I can’t say for sure. I’ve definitely worn this in rain and snow 😂 it’s like way better quality than you’d think for Zara!! Honestly a steal for this price imo 😂 I love it but I have so many coats; need to get rid of some
