Zara Tie-Neck Flowy dress

NWOT its slightly pleated and very flowy. Super slinky and soft fabric, it's lightweight and comfy, you can layer it under sweaters/vests or a blazer! It's labeled as a S but it fits me nicely, slightly loose(this is not the bodycon look anyway) and I'm typically Medium, i think it would fit size 4-8, and smaller sizes if you want it really oversized Flat measurements: 22in across pretty much the whole dress From shoulder to hem: about 33in long
