Zara The Marine Straight marked 8 but fit like 2 4

High waisted wide leg jeans. Back patch pockets. Frayed hem. Front button and zipper closure. 100% cotton. Substantive quality denim. These are marked US 8, but there's JUST NO WAY. I'm a 4 on a good day, and in some pants 6. I can get these zipped and buttoned, but it is not comfortable. I feel they're more like a 2 4. Approximate measurements taken flat (see pics): Waist: 13.5" Rise: 12" Inseam: 28.5 Form a bundle of 2+ items from my closet for additional savings.
