Daughter is 5'3 - 140 lbs. size 8 and 28 in pants. Not sure if small or medium to purchase.

@kimberlyv1501 Since she is an 8 which is a medium, I would more comfortably recommend a size M. If she wanted it to be a little less roomy, the size S would work as well since the vest has an oversized fit. :)
