Zara Strapless tube dress

Zara Vintage Strapless tube dress. I purchased 4 to 5 years ago, put it in a bag and just found it...LOL. I paid a mint for it 89$. It is NEW and never worn but no tags. It has a floral pattern and the black details goes nice with black sandals. The top ribbed stretched band is a Jersey type material (2%) offering awesome detail. the bottom is 98% polyester. It measures 15 inches across the top and is 29 inches long
