Zara SS 2018 White Tweed Dress with Buckles XS

This is a short white tweed dress with gold tone buckles at the shoulders. Dual pockets at front hip. Brand new, unworn with tags, but a minor defects: there are a couple makeup stains (see photos). I have not attempted to clean them. Please note that this dress is very short. To give you an idea, I'm 5'1" and wouldn't feel comfortable wearing it without tights.
