Zara Puffed Sleeve, Smocked Cuff Blouse

Zara turquoise blouse. Features puffed shoulders, smocked cuffs and keyhole button close back. No care tag, so I'm uncertain of care instructions and fabric content. IMO it is cotton poplin and hand wash is recommended. I was unable to find the info online for this blouse. Excellent preloved condition. Size Small. #7
