While this dress has a tweed style to it, it is not wool or silk. Condition: Gently pre-loved and ready for a new home. The straps have been altered and the dress is shorter than original. You can see the brown thread on each strap. The threading on this dress can get pulled. To fix, you just need to pull at the threading in a different area to even it out.
