msemmab @kalikina it’s 38 inches but the belt that it comes with measures Only 33 inches . It definitely could be worn with different belt. As for the zipper, it’s on the back. Please see pix attached

msemmab @lch1589 I am size 10 and it fits me perfect but I would make sure your chest fits (see pic for measurements) . Unfortunately the price is not negotiable as I love this dress way too much for myself and rather keep it then just “give it a way” cheap .
