I also am not sure if they're made for boys or girls - seem unisex to me really - but going to post as boys bc I found a similar listing under boys. Nice classic casual to dressy preppy style staple. Penny loafers. Looks like a midnight dark navy blue color to me. Rubber soles. These feel like nice quality to me. Size EU 33 which translates to about an US 1.5. Worn a handful of times - suede shoes wear, stains, scuffs, marks - might be able to be brushed up. Would look great with dress pants slacks or more casual with jeans. Good to fair used condition; GUC; FUC. ✨️💫
