Worn twice. Can be worn open or closed. Elasticated at the wrists so easy to crop the sleeves. So pretty! Im 5’4” and US size 4/6. Heavy beading and sequins. Some small areas of sequins missing but only minor. You might not even notice but I like to give very honest descriptions.
