Is this brand size 12 an actual 12? Or would you compare it to a American Eagle size 10?

@glanovsky23 Hello! I added a picture to the listing comparing the waists of both! I think they’re comparable because Zara tends to run small and have very little stretch, while the American Eagle jeans have elastane so they stretch quite a bit.
I wore both of these jeans at the same time and back then I would say I was a true size 10. Zara just runs a tad small and has little stretch. I hope this helps!
