Zara Cape Sleeve Mini Dress

Gorgeous Zara cape sleeve mini dress - size XS Brand new with tags. Length is approx. 28.75 inches and waist is approx. 28 inches (it measured about 14 flat) Loved this dress but unfortunately it was too big for me and I decide not to get it altered. First pic is from the person that inspired me to buy the dress. She’s a size XS and it fit her perfectly. Just ended up big on me. Can’t return now so wanting to get my $$ back.
