alessiamcp @yatyatferrer not really, the waist isn’t necessarily smaller than the rest of the skirt to be able to sit high waisted, I found that it fit perfectly when it sat right at the top of my hip bones

alessiamcp @yatyatferrer hi I’m so sorry for the delay! the waist is 14 inches flat, so 28 inches around without the elastic being stretched at all. the hip area is 16 inches flat, so about 32 inches around!
