Zara Black Tiered Blouse XS Short Sleeve Star Pattern Ruffly Holiday Party

This is a fun tiered blouse with a star pattern on the fabric. The first tier is layered so it's not as sheer, but the bottom layer is mostly sheer. The first tier also becomes the sleeves and it has an elastic band at the top. You could feasibly wear it as an off-the-shoulder blouse. It is in excellent condition and I can't remember if I wore it or not. There isn't a content tag, but I think it's a nylon/polyester blend. I would hand wash it or machine wash it on the gentle cycle. Measurements are approximate. Bust - up to 36 Length - 22
