Zara Black & Gold Dot Dress

Zara Black & Gold Dot Dress. Sleeveless with a deep V-back line & back tie from shoulder to shoulder. Skirt is pleated & lined but top is sheer. Waist has a small ruffle & measures 14 inches but has good stretch to about 22. Wore this to a concert with long pearls & boots. So fun!
