ZARA Blue + white printed mini dress with tie waist and tassles 9878/214 Short slot collar dress with a tassel drawstring. Long sleeves with elasticated trim. Elasticated waist and belt in the same fabric. Button-up front. In true Zara form, the top button is missing, but since I wore this as a swim cover up, it didn't really matter. Dress is still available on Zara's website. 100% cotton, worn a few times, pretty good condition other than the missing button and one tassel looks better than the other.
