This is a bathing suit cover up or can also just be worn on a warm Spring/Summer day. It is very comfortable/breezy. The shoulders have a c-thru lace detail. The buttons going down...the few up top are exposed, the bottom half are covered with fabric. It isn't brand new, it has been worn a few times. Still in very good condition though. I didn't see any holes or stains but I'll mark down just in case I missed something.
