Adorable dress from Zara Basic features blue and white striped material with contrasting dark navy blue ties and zipper cover, bell sleeves, and drawstring waist. There is a silver button missing from one of the sleeves - can easily be replaced. If I find one, I will stitch it on and update the listing. Otherwise excellent condition.
