@jazzattack201 Hi, I would say this fits true to an XS. The measurement across pit to pit flat is 17”, across waist flat is 15”, across hip flat is about 17”. The shoulders also feel a little more narrow than a small would and are 14.5” across from top seam to seam. Let me know if you need any other measurements, or have more questions. 😊
