Zanzea Collection smocked ruffle off shoulder dress. Could not find size or fabric tag. Sheer bell sleeves but the body is fully lined. I’m 5’7” and on the shoulder it hits me about an inch above the knee. Could also be a top for plus size. P2P- 21” Length- 31”
