Zand Amsterdam one size reversible skirt fair trade surplus fabric

Free size reversible skirt with several rows of double snap buttons. Please see measurements for smallest and largest settings but please be advised that on the largest set of snaps there is not much fabric to overlap. The top zips off to be worn as a belt if desired. Fairly traded in India and made from surplus fabrics. The original skirt came with a pouch to pair with the belt (this is what the hooks on the belt were for) but this listing is for the skirt only.
