Zales white gold 1/5 carat round diamond ring

Bought at zales store with receipt 1/5 carat white gold round classic diamond ring. Received as gift and never wore! In brand new perfect condition, no wear no tarnish, no scratches. Has receipt with diamond bond number as well. I believe ring is around size 7/8
