I purchased these from what I thought was zales.com. not sure if it was a scam or not. They were having an online sale and I took advantage of the sale and purchased all 4 pieces. I work at a jewelry store and tested them and they did not test as diamond. which means they could be lab created or simulated diamonds rather than genuine diamonds as they were listed as zales. zales also listed them as 14 karat and 18 karat white gold ( not sure if they are genuine either. they seem like they are because of the coloring and plating has not come off over time with staying in the box for a year. I reached out to them for a refund and they only gave me 10% back. possibly why so many Zales are going out of business. as items are listed 2 carat pear solitare engagement ring set in 18 karat white gold size 6.5. 3 carat "eternity ring" 14 karat white gold (it is not an eternity band though that they sent me, they sent me a 5 stone round diamond band- again did not test as genuine diamond) 3 carat diamond studs set in 14 karat white gold and 6 ct diamond tennis bracelet in 10 karat white gold. they are all made nicely but I just was not happy that I purchased "GIA certified diamonds" that did not test as genuine diamond when tested at a jewelry store. never wore these and never going to wear them just want them gone! price listed or Best offer- i purchased set of 4 on sale for $699. email shows purchase from zales online and screen shots of the items on the receipt.
