jrochelle07 the receipt shows the total carat weight is 3/4tcw. I worked for zales and if she traded it in, her total was approximately $800 the protection plan and tax is included in the total price

jrochelle07 when you trade in, it can only be for half the price, not just the difference. you can't trade in $1000 ring on a $1200 one and only pay $200. You would pay $600 for the $1200 and lose $400 in the equity of the ring
