Zadie B’s Arabella Tunic

Pucker fabric with ruffle details. Bows on the sleeves and to the left of the collar. Bust is 21” flat. Could fit as a medium or large depending on how loose you prefer! (The size tag was removed by the previous owner, so I’m not sure which it is.)
