First, I have not control how the Military Post Office works, Both items were mailed same day, In order to receive the money, you have to accept the item anyway, pending amount will be refunded. I usually ship items same the day or after; however, I dont control the post office; also, You will be able to track the item as well. A claim can be submitted ahout this issue though the Military.
