Zac Posen🪸brocade flared skirt

Brocade with gold thread in floral fabric, silk lined. Pleated and high waisted ruffle. Looks great with tight white tee. Size 9 but I’m thinking this is misses size. Fits a woman’s 6. It looks so good on, pictures don’t do it justice. Heavier fabric makes it keep its shape without the breeze blowing it up.
