kellyobe @justan0therfad It did until Covid and the store near me closed, so I had no where to take it in to keep up with the warranty that was close. I am not sure if I kept the warranty card after that, I can look if you are interested. I will tell you that it has not been worn except 1 time. Gorgeous but didn't lay right next to my band, sits in the Helzberg Box.

justan0therfad @kellyobe I am interested. when I was looking at this ring in helzberg they actually mentioned the covid thing when I inquired about the lifetime warranty and said that situation did not void the warranty. call your local store to look up your info and ask if it's still active, if it can be transferred or if another name can be added for resizing then we can discuss from there if all checks out!

kellyobe @justan0therfad My local store closed and never re-opened after Covid. I can call a store in the state and see if it's on file. I am undergoing chemo for breast cancer, work full time and a busy mom, will do my best but don't have a lot of extra time. I understand why you want the warranty, but Poshmark does to an authenticity check as well for fine jewelry. So if you did purchase it, it would get sent to them first before it is sent to you. I'll let you know if I speak with Helzberg.

justan0therfad np!! my 4 yr old has a progressive and often terminal disease so I understand how that impacts life and free time. Im sorry for what you're going through and dealing with. I love the ring because my grandma raised me and her birth stone was aquamarine so it makes me feel close to her but we cannot afford helzberg price and we can barely afford 1500 and with the cost ive been quoted for resize I definitely cant afford it. just lmk when you can, no rush. wishing you the best xx.
