angelieee_ @coquettish_icon hi, the closest measurement I can get is the shoulder (approximately 16” hung on my hanger). Hips, bust and waist is a little tricky and I feel like the measurements I’ll give you will be way off because it’s pleated and has A LOT OF STRETCH (not yelling just emphasizing lol).

angelieee_ @coquettish_icon It’s an actual wrap, not faux wrap. So depending on how much I tie it around my own waist or just on the hanger makes a huge difference in measurements. If it helps, I honestly think it’s best suited for someone who’s a size medium. It’s a little baggy on certain areas and I’m a size small. Lmk if you have other questions!
