No fabric tag available but these do have some stretch; would appear that although they have stretch they still run small according to my flat measurements 👇🏼 The belt loop to the back was repaired as this was ripped, therefore there is a patch on the inside, please see photos above 👆🏼 I don't think the defect is noticeable from the outside! Could be taken out and redone if you wanted.
