mknzmcdonald @txmav411 yes it is! So I typically wear a size 0 and 32DDD. This is not tight fitting on me either! :)

txmav411 I am 5'3", 125 lbs, 32DDD, 25" waist, 36" hips, and a size 2/4. I am sorry to ask this but do you have a picture of yourself wearing this dress? If not that's okay. It is a little hard for me to find cute things that fit my large chest and look flattering. I just want to make sure of the fit before deciding to purchase if possible. They are mostly a blessing but a curse when it comes to clothes shopping haha. :)
