These black and white shorts are high waisted, and feature a ruffle detail on the bottom of shorts for a very flattering skirt-like look. They are very thin but not see through. The side zipper acts exactly how size zippers usually do—but it still functions! There’s a bit of a rip in the seam in the front but nothing that can’t be fixed!
