ZARA Black Ruched Turtleneck Mini Dress

Black mini dress with ruching around the waist and a mock neck turtleneck and shoulder pads for structure. The interior tags have been removed and the dress was hemmed so it is fairly short and should only fit someone 5’3” or shorter.
