was the belt cut off? I thought it was built in on this jacket. also could you tell me how the fit is? I wear 2 in torrid and 18/20 in pants.my arms are a bit on the big side.

@camitron2000 no it wasn’t cut off it was my personal jacket and I misplaced it. The loops are still there. I purchased this jacket when I was like a 16/18 and it fit comfortably around my arms with room.
