ZARA Belted Cotton Maxi Dress

Zara cotton maxi dress. Has belted waist, lace trim neckline, and strappy low back design! I'm usually an XS but this fit large on me in the chest area. I'm a 32 B so I would say anything bigger would fit better! Could fit up to a size small IMO. Please see measurements for best fit. Measurements (laid flat): Length-48” Pit to pit-16”
