Yves saint laurent dress

Gorgeous vintage yves saint laurent silk dress with shoulder pads and long neck tie. Ruching at shoulder and cuff at sleeve hem. Wrap skirt with slide hook. Please note the waist is tiny. Most of the dress fits like a size 2/4 but the waist is a 0/2. Very good condition.
