Vintage black semi sheer wrap skirt with brown satin trim @ waistband. Hook and bar at side seam closure with long satin ribbons. No overlap at side seam closure. Black grosgrain trim along edges and hem. Several mended holes throughout. No care/fabric content tag. Waist: 12.5”
