Yumi Kim Isi multi-floral blouse

Smocked crew neck, button up, floral blouse. 3/4 length sleeves with elasticized cuffs. Blue with pink/multi color floral pattern. Front button blouse with elastic on the sleeves. Made of polyester. The tag shows some discoloration, but I didn’t notice any other collar discoloration.
