Like new in terms of it never being worn but has been washed. Originally it was a hoodie. But the neck opening was so narrow which is why my daughter never wore it. A friend suggested cutting the hood off because that’s what all the kids are doing now 🤷🏻‍♀️ big mistake because she still won’t wear it. Now I have a hoodie with no hood lol.
