Your LifeBook-Your Path to Optimal Health and Wellbeing-Becoming the Dominant Force in Your Life is the optional companion book/workbook to Dr. A's Habits of Health (also posted in my closet). This 542-page book encourages you to keep a one-year journal of your journey to the path of living an healthy lifestyle. It presents a step-by-step approach to achieving healthiness. The book is in excellent condition except for the previous owner's name being written in the front cover as well as a handful of pages (toward the book's beginning) with her notes/journal entries. Said pages could easily be covered with blank sticky labels or white-out, or they may be left as is since the writing is minimal.
The optional companion book, Dr. A's Habits of Health, is also available via my closet.
