Youngland girl's skirted dress. Black velvet bodice trimmed in white crocheted lace. Rounded neckline. Short puffy sleeves. Waist plaid band with two bows (one at each end). Black, red, green plaid nylon skirt with pleats. Skirt is further accented by gold thread strands. Solid red polyester petticoat.
