wwest1635 @ssroger - are any of these good for rest or pain? Reducing anxiety? I’ve heard about essential oils- but smells can make me feel Suck. Basel however I think smells like heaven! What’s your input on these oils? Uses?

ssroger @wwest1635 this basil is nice pared with lavender. Or you can use it in cooking as it is food grade. I do not have any for pain or anxiety right now.

ssroger I would recommend smelling some first if you are sensitive to smells as the young living brand is very high grade and the scents can be very strong
