Young Innocent by Arpeja 60s Mini Dress and Vest with Anchor Belt

This outfit has the cutest late 60s/early 70s vibes! It needs a pair of tall boots and long, straight hair parted down the middle! The main dress is a long sleeve white bodice with a high neck and a fully attached blue skirt. The vest is sleeveless and matches the length of the dress. My favorite part is the white belt with an anchor! So cute! There is no fabric content tag but this is clearly a polyester knit despite saying dry clean only. Marked size 9 (but remember that modern sizes are different than vintage so please check the measurements to ensure a proper fit)! The dress has a plastic back zip. No noted flaws!
