Do you have it bunched at waist and it would ordinarily hang smooth?

@ljdwpb it would not hang straight, it has little pleats on the sides and then an elastic at the waist. The pic is pretty accurate on how it would hang on anyone.

@lovelythings60 YF&B dresses (at least the 5+ I have owned), do not have a hem. They are made so that they can be cut to length and always have a raw hem.
As I have worn it, I assume I did cut it to better fit. I am 5’3”.
