ewatson84 @lizpink13 it does not appear to be. I had purchased this at a thrift store as an option for my step daughter so I can’t speak for previous owners.

ewatson84 @lizpink13 absolutely! I am super short so I can’t even begin to judge if it’s floor length lol. Everything looks super long to me. I could try hanging it against a door to take a picture after work if that might help you better judge?

ewatson84 @lizpink13 updated with a far off shot to show against door. Sorry for bad lighting lol. I remeasured while it was hanging and it hangs at 41” for the skirt portion and 16” for the top portion. So it’s 57” in length total. I kept the top portion of the dress hanging straight across so it would be as close to equal measurements along the bottom. Hope that helps!
