Young Essence Top / Dress

Young Essence can be worn as a top with leggings or as a dress depending on how short you like your dresses. Pitt to pit approximately 15 inches. Pit to bottom of dress approximately 24 inches. There are two small issues with the lace which can be fixed with somebody that knows how to sew. I am not a seamstress and I would really mess it up. See attached pictures
